I like that the class sizes are appropriate for a good learning environment. Where teachers are able to help the students more one on one. It is wonderful that the teachers are willing to be available to discuss your child’s progress and encourage parents to come into the classrooms. The fact that the students get to have prayer service even on weeks when there is no Mass scheduled has been great. The school encourages the students to do their best and to meet the grade requirements which I feel is very important too. The children are treated equally and fair.

The environment in the school is very warm and inviting. The entire school staff works together with a real team approach. The openness between the parents and teachers is wonderful.

Ability to volunteer, small in number of students; new computer program; children learn respect and discipline (good values); ability to get to know other families; enjoy school field trips, i.e. skiing, roller skating.

I like the closeness of the students and staff. Everyone knows everyone. I think that the addition of the computer class has been very beneficial. The students always look forward to it.

Glad to see the computers added to courses, especially for older grades. Sports/athletic programs are exceptional. Glad to see reduction of fund raisers for school. Hope we can contribute with SCRIP, Meijer Community Rewards and other bigger programs. The extra touches, hot dog orientation night in the fall, spring programs, field trips, student interaction, baby chicks, etc.

I like the older student “mentor”. I enjoy the school Masses.

Small class size. Dedicated teachers. Family environment. Teachers really work hard to work with individual needs of each student. Tuition is still affordable relative to other parochial schools in area. In general, academic achievement is higher than public schools. Technology is improving.

Teachers are “number one” staff, also “number one” school. School is very straight forward. No students are Left Behind. Our school is a very nice place to be. Sport programs add a very nice plus. My kids really enjoy them. For a small rural school, I think we have the best!!!

Really too numerous to mention: 1. Although I would like to see the school grow, the class sizes allow for one-on-one learning when necessary. 2. I like that the older children are involved with the younger. It tends to bond the school together. 3. The faculty is always willing to “go the extra mile” to help where/when needed. 4. Children’s Mass is wonderful. It is refreshing to see how much the children enjoy participating in the service. 5. The athletic program is wonderful. 6. The art class has been great for the kids.
